Hi, I’m Hilary June.

My wellness journey began years ago when I worked as a nanny for a family deeply committed to clean, holistic living — well before it became mainstream. Rather than asking me to blindly follow their practices, they took the time to explain the why behind their choices. That experience sparked my curiosity about holistic health and helped me appreciate the value of both scientific research and lived experience.

Over the years — navigating misdiagnoses, dismissive providers, and chronic pain led me to become my own advocate. Through that journey, I discovered the power of functional and holistic medicine, learned to identify dietary triggers in myself and my children, and eventually enrolled in a health coaching program so I could help others find the support I once needed.

What I’ve learned is this: healing happens best when you're supported by people who genuinely care. Whether you're exploring dietary changes, challenging the norm, or simply looking for someone to listen — having someone in your corner matters. As your coach, I’ll meet you where you are and respect your unique path, offering guidance without judgment.

My own health journey is still evolving, and I believe that lived experience — alongside professional training — allows me to show up with empathy, understanding, and real-world insight. As a coach, I combine my education with a deep personal commitment to helping others find their version of wellness.

My Approach

I take a holistic approach to coaching because your health and well-being are influenced by many interconnected parts of your life—not just diet or exercise. Together, we'll explore key areas such as physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, stress, sleep, environment, and more. By identifying how you feel in each of these areas, we can uncover imbalances and choose which ones you’d like to focus on first.

My role is to support you in creating meaningful, personalized goals that align with your values and your lifestyle—not just what looks good on paper. This approach helps create sustainable changes that support your whole self.

Strengths matter

We all have strengths, and it is important to remember that! Although we may focus on areas that you want to improve — we will also identify and lean into your existing strengths to build your desired outcomes and lasting change!

Behavioral Science informed coaching

I have a background in behavior analysis and, while I chose not to pursue certification in this field, I find its principles incredibly valuable. I use evidence-based behavioral strategies to support goal-setting, track progress, and help identify what’s working—and what might need adjusting—to better support your success.
